Taking Skin&me dispenser on plane

Has anyone taken their skin&me dispenser on a plane in hand luggage yet?

I'm scared to try in case it looks dodgy and they take it away! But it's making such a big difference so I don't want to leave it at home.

I'm flying within the UK, although that shouldn't make a difference.
Anyone tried yet?

Is the container under 100mls as liquids have a limit as to how much you can carry on board in an individual container

That's not the problem- it is basically a metal tube and I'm concerned it will look dodgy under the x-ray. It is a twist dispenser and doesn't look like an ordinary cosmetic item.

The worst that can happen is that they can pull you to one side and take a closer look at it and ask you to demonstrate it.

I keep my toothbrush in a similar tube and it’s never been an issue. What do you think they’re going to interpret your tiny tube as?
