Ghost dress

I’ve fallen in love with a dress from Ghost but it’s in their bridal section, I’d love it if they did it other colours and less bridal material. Anyone know of any dressmakers in SE London that could make this?!

You could contact the company and ask if they do it in other colours and styles.

They don’t unfortunately that’s why I was wondering if I could get it made but I don’t j is the first thing about where to go and what to ask

You could get someone to make one for you, but it would be made-to-measure, unless you got a pattern and fabric. If it was made-to-measure there's no guarantee that it would be exactly the same.

If you could find a similar style dressmaking pattern, a dressmaker could make it. By the time you've bought a pattern, fabric including lining, thread and other bits and bobs needed and pay for the dressmaker's labour it will be £££.

A less expensive option would be to look for a 'bias cut off the shoulder dress'

I've found a few similar examples by searching 'bardot ruffle dress' 'bardot frill dress'.

Not of the same high quality (one example was boohoo) but it should hopefully get you a similar style.

I spent most of Saturday looking at dresses, I think I’ve seen every dress there is now!!!

There were some nice ones but not in my size unfortunately.

@ILoveShula tho use dresses were lovely but not what I’m looking for and Ghost say in their website that they are unable to do any alterations, I doubt very much that they would make a one off non white dress for me no matter how nicely I asked them

It’s not as lovely as the ghost one but it’s a fraction of the cost and looks much better in to than in the photos.
