Anyhow, found your top secondhand here. Pinterest is a bit useless for chancing upon clothes you want, they're usually several seasons old and far far away. But a simple Breton like this should be easily sourced, try Le Mont Saint Michel for the original French versions, I haven't checked import/VAT, so check for yourself but there are UK stockists of the brand.
