I'm getting my hair done next week for the first time in about 2 years!! I am going to have a trim and a straightening treatment, the 12 week blow-dry?
I would like to be prepared for after, and I know I should use a salt and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner but there is soooo much choice ! I'm so confused because most of them say they are salt and sulphate free but when I look at the ingredients list it will have various things starting with sodium! can anyone recommend one they have used ? bonus points for something I can get from amazon please and thank you!
