Wedding Guest Shoes

We're going to a top hat and morning suit wedding soon (just had the confirmation it's on). I'm probably going to recycle a dress I wore to a wedding years ago as I'm heavily pregnant and it still looks ok. I need to snazz it up though. I was thinking of navy shoes, bag, fascinator??

Any thoughts on these shoes?

how's your balance and what is the likely hood of you falling/being pushed about?
i prefer the heel of the 3rd pair for safety reasons, like the classic look of the 2nd pair and the first floral ones are a no from me.

I prefer the second pair for a wedding. I wore a similar size heel to a wedding when heavily pregnant and managed no problem but in normal times I'm used to massive heels!

Go for number 3. The first two are very outdated and old fashioned. Unless that's the retro style you're looking for?
