Hi All,

So i'm in my mid 30s and i already have chest wrinkles (booooo). I've always had bigger boobs and i'm a side sleeper, so its my own fault really!
Can anyone recommend a good anti wrinkle cream or product for this kind of thing? xx

Prai décolletage cream helps and a sleep bra. I’ve not helped myself with sun damage so SPF too.

I think by sleeping on your back you might be able to undo some of the damage.

I have a boob seperater for sleeping and I'm sure it used to work but doesn't help anymore if I sleep on my side. Wake up with chest wrinkles.

I've seen those LED masks that have a neck and chest attachment and am really tempted. But might start with the normal face mask and sort of lay it on my chest for now, rather than getting both face AND neck/dec at £250ish each

I've seen silicone pads on amazon that might be worth a punt?
I'm only a D cup but wake up with chest wrinkles. Luckily they disappear after a few hours (I use the Prai cream above) but I'm tempted to get the silicone pads to stop them forming in the first place.

I can't sleep on my back and I wouldn't really believe a cream would get rid of them. I have small breasts so I don't think it's big breasts that cause them, just age.

I haven't done either of these things yet, but my ideas have been either

  • well situated necklace
  • wearing a v neck top back to front because my back's OK

Are these silly ideas?
