M&S rose cleansing balm

I’ve just discovered this has been discontinued. Urgh. Why do companies do this with their most loved products? It’s bonkers. I was only just getting over Clarins discontinuing their Instant Concealer and now this!

No way, I’ve just discovered it and love it. Grrrr.

I just saw this on another thread, am gutted.

I haven't tried the M&S version but Elemis do a really beautiful rose cleansing balm (in fact all their cleansing balms are amazing). It's expensive but lasts for ages. I think QVC often have deals on their products too.

Update: the rose cleansing balm is back on the M&S website! Not sure if it’s a permanent thing or they’ve just found some lurking at the back of a cupboard but I’ve snapped some up just in case. It’s 20% off at the moment too.

In case it’s going forever, the M&S Pure cleansing balm is also lovely!

If the rose one does go, I agree with the PP about the Pure cleansing balm. I’ve just ordered my second tub, it’s absolutely brilliant at cleansing and softening and it smells gorgeous.

I bought the Pure balm a couple of weeks ago but haven't tried it yet. Doesn't have the wonderful scent of the rose balm .. which I will pick up if I see in-store

Yes the Pure one is the rose one - sorry I think I may have created confusion with that link sorry! Sali H recommends the M&S Formula one as a substitute but only because it was looking like they'd discontinued the (Pure) rose one.

Side note: I really rate the whole Pure range, it's quite often on offer and you can get it on Ocado! (Massive MN points for that alone, surely )

Sorry, I’ve added to the comfusion! I puchased the Formula one as an alternative but will be going back to the Pure Rose Balm as it just feels so luxurious.

It's back in stock. And 20 percent off. I've ordered today.

I bought some today too, so pleased! I ended up splurging on some Emma hardie balm when I ran out and it's nice but actually not as nice as the M&S one, even though it was about 3 times more expensive.

Agree that the Pure (rose!) one is nicer than most of the pricey ones I’ve tried (and hate spending crazy amounts on something you wash off your face too). Let’s hope they’ve seen sense and it’s back for good. I ordered some of the Pure oil cleanser too to see what that was like.

Went in store today and bought the last one that was out - the assistant commented that it had been very popular and flying off the shelves! I also got the oil cleanser to try, and the gel as well .
