Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue and managed to come up with a solution?
I've had my Mulberry Lily for years, when I wear it as a cross body the chain pulls the two brackets where the strap is held together and makes it fold at the top. It almost needs a metal bar between the two metal brackets to stop this happening. I've thought about getting a felt liner to give it more rigidity as it is soft, just thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem.
