RF skin tightening - anyone tried it?

I was thinking of trying this to get rid of my 'bingo wings'. Has anyone tried it and did it give good results? It's quite expensive so I'd like to be reasonably sure it will work.

I have on my neck. However, this has been combined with aqualyx fat dissolving injections. The overall result is great.

I hope it's as good on the arms, it's a lot of money to waste if not. But a bargain if it does work!
