This brand seems to be popularly advertised at moment on lots of websites, companies etc

I made the mistake of ordering monery taken very quickly but no order arrives ..... they have no published tel number & only seem to communicate by email - they seem plausible & tout themselves as an ethical small business but .....

I've seen the brand being sold on Liberty online shop. Have you tried to message them on Instagram?

Yes I did. Yes I can see Liberty amongst others sell them. I think if they are genuine they are just fulfilling big orders as priority & not fulfilling individual customers- they keep changing goalposts & reasons why not being delivered if you ask them - I think neraly 3 months is a long time to wait having parted with your money. Better sticking to buying via a real shop/presence you can trust.

3 months is ridiculous. That's really poor.
