What are you wearing for work in this heat?

It’s suddenly boiling, and I’ve realised all my warm weather clothes are short / backless / off the shoulder or in some way inappropriate for work.

Please share ideas of work appropriate summery outfits!

Thin cotton dresses and sandals mostly. Dresses look like an outfit and don't require much else, accessories etc., to look presentable.
