Anyone 5'4 or under found a maxi dress that isn't too long? One for everyday wear would be nice but they are all so long

I just bought a couple from boohoo that actually work for me (5'2")

Wearing this one today!

Dorothy Perkins online have a petite range of daywear maxi dresses.

Search for “midaxi”?

WellTidy · 16/06/2021 09:23

I am 5 foot 1 and only buy maxis in petite ranges. Boden is best for my shape, they tend to have more weight to them which makes them hang down on me, rather than cling to my fat bits. They're still pretty long, so I'd imagine they'd be great for you at 5 foot 4.

I usually get them taken up at the dry cleaners for £5-1

Thanks everyone, never heard of Midaxi but just seen a few of these in New Look which look nice and floaty. Will also check out boden and Dorothy perkins. The boohoo one is a beautiful colour but will cling to my tummy Grin

If you have a tummy, the sienna dress in Boden is fantastic. I have this and it is really flattering. Pricey, though some of the designs are in the sale at the moment.

Thank you @WellTidy, the Boden ones look perfect, after 3 kids and lockdown weight gain anything that helps disguise the tummy is a winner
