What length necklace for a sweetheart neckline?

I've bought my dress for my son's wedding next month: a Bombshell dress with a sweetheart neckline.
Any advice on necklace style and length?
I thought pearls would look nice.
The dress is pink.

@bellabride can we see the dress?Smile

16” so it sits just at the bottom of your neck / on your collar bone. If it was any lower I think it would detract from the neckline of the dress.

A lariat style is lovely with a sweetheart neckline. Or a Pearl choker.

It's the RSVP Bombshell Dress in Kensington Garden Pink.
Sorry, I don't know how to do a link!
So, while we're at it, any advice on shoes, bag, etc would be really welcome.
I'm thinking of a fuschia pink fascinator on a hairband.

It’s a beautiful dress. How are you having your hair on the day? I’d be tempted to let the neckline do the talking and go for earrings.. if not then just think a choker style necklace

Lovely. Pearls will look great.

For other accessories maybe pick out the red or is it brighter pink of the flowers?

With that dress I'd go for a single pearl in a teardrop sort of shape. If the dress gives you a cleavage, have the pearl sit a little above that.

Lovely dress!

ButItRingsAndIRise, thanks for doing the link for me.
I'll be wearing my hair down, mainly because I'll have to have it done the previous day, as we'll be travelling from quite early in the morning, so my hairdresser won't be open: I've booked for a "curly blow", and will sleep in the pins; I'll then take them out when I'm getting ready at the hotel near the wedding venue. I've got it all mapped out, to avoid stress!
Suggestions so far are a great help: nice idea to pick out the dark pink in the dress for accessories.
Is it old fashioned to go too matchy with shoes and bag/ necklace and earrings?

I think matching the jewelry is good for a formal event.

I still like a classic shoe/bag match for a wedding and would go for a shade of green to match the leaves in the dress.

Thanks for good ideas.
