Sun hats!

I’d love some recommendations for lovely sun hats.

I’m not mad about panamas and ideally it would be something I could shove in a bag full of toddler stuff. But apart from that, I’m wide open to suggestions.

Today I went out wearing DP’s hiking hat and this is a situation that cannot continue!

Following with interest; on the hunt for something to keep the sun off, and like you say, to be stuffed in a bag.

A friend wears the most glorious, enormous straw hat but it has to have its own seat in cafes as there is nowhere else to put it except hold it in your hand all the time! Too annoying for me.

Thinking of baseball hats but a bit masculine somehow?

Oh I love these! How can I tell which is medium sun hat and which is Audrey?

I bought one this year -linen cotton blend and reversible.

The brim is not huge so the downside is I don’t get super full protection. On the positive, I can wear it all time and it doesn’t get in the way

@movingstars I bought mine is store but I’m fairly sure the one on the model is the medium. Mine is very wide brimmed, a smidge wider than my shoulders.

I just bought a bucket hat from TK Maxx. I have thin hair so wanted to cover top of head rather than shoulders. Folds up flat for bag or pocket.

Watching. Don't think I dare buy a hat without trying on.

Yeah, you can flip it up or down or half and half etc

I picked up one of these in TK Maxx last summer and it's a bit wrinkled but retained it's shape overall.

I have the wallaroo Victoria hat in a straw colour. It's not actually made from straw although it looks as though it is. It gets crumpled in my bag and is washable too. I love it and get loads of compliments. The brim is about 4 inches all round so really good at keeping the sun off ears and neck too

The wallaroo hats look great but they do not ship to Ireland ☹

H&M have some good cotton sun hats. One is very big and glamorous and floppy with tie strings in beige, khaki and black about 12.99.
Another one is a cotton bucket hat 9.99 with a wider brim then normal comes in black, light grey and light purple I think. Don't get it confused with cheaper nylon version.
