has anyone brought from the monsoon outlet, there's an item i like, it's £ 99. In john lewis and only £32 at the outlet seems to good to be true, as I've never brought anything from them before, I thought I ask the mumsnet lady's.

I’ve only even seen sales on the monsoon website.

Their outlet at swindon was good not been for a long long time tho

Just looked again it says monsoone with a e on the end . Com up to 70% off and it all seems to be monsoon items, I think I leave it for now, I've ordered the item from John Lewis, and if I love it I will do more research of this other site and get it from there if its safe to do so.

Hi, its not the same site you have shown, i did take a look and the item £48 on that site, I think it is a scam too, I did think as its £ 99 in john lewis it was too good to be true, when I clicked the lock sign in the corner of both sites it said they are safe to use, I do know how they get away with it.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE....Unfortunately I have been caught by this website. monsoone.com . I thought it was an American website as it came up with payments in usd. And the fact that clothes are cheaper in US i thought it was legit.
I ordered 2 dresses and 2 weeks later nothing. Have contacted through the website on 3 occasions but no response. Also, no confirmation email for my order. I clicked on the "about us" section and it gives you the details from monsoon website. Went onto my pay pal account and the payment was made to a person not a company. (potentially in China as chinese writing above the name)
Hoping pay pal protection will help me get a refund.

Thanks for your advice, I didn't order the jacket from them, I ordered it from John Lewis but it didn't fit me.
