Exercise vest that covers your side lamps

I’m fed up of buying what looks like the perfect gym vest only to find those little skin pouch bits under my arms aren’t covered and turn into little saggy pit boobs due to the cut. I can’t put a nice sports bra under as I need serious scaffolding to strap them down (which probably adds to the side lamps).

I have my eye on this one but it’s out of stock in a M, which I think if need.

Anyone got any recommendations for an exercise vest/tank cut quite high on the underarms that doesn’t come up really short in the length?

Have you checked out boob or bust to get the right sports bra size? That'll help alot

I'm so fed up with gym vests that feel like I'm wearing a piece of string that I've bought two running tees from Under Armour. I know it's not the same, but perhaps they're an option?

I would say the same as PP - I get those fat lumps if my sports bra is too small in the cup. If it's big enough and I can pull all breast tissue into the actual cup, no problem.

Thanks. I’ve tried before and the suggested sizes were way off. I either couldn’t get the back fastened or they just weren’t strapped down enough for high intensity exercise. I’m at 34E (F in a shock absorber) and I do have quite a wide back and lot of breast tissue high up, which seems to throw the measurements off. I am pretty confident I’m in the right size after an extensive search and many returned sports bras during lockdown.

Maybe I just need to tuck/smooth it all in better once it’s on. But a lot of sports vests do seem to be really low cut on the armpit.

I have some nice underarmour T-shirt’s @WhatMattersMost but I do love a vest.

I have one of these under wired sports vests and they're fantastic Freya

I can't help OP, but did smile at the phrase 'side lamps'. A new expression for me.

yes, try to scoop all boob into bra - it's important that the cup is big enough, otherwise it will just sneak out again.

I'm the same as you op definitely wearing the tight bra, don't need help with that, it's covering up the fatty overspill (which isn't actually boob) I need help with as vest tops are cut so low and t-shirts are too hot in this weather.

So am watching this thread Smile

Right not tight!
