Foundation for dry skin

All through my late teens and twenties I had a reliable foundation. I had acne and greasy skin. I stopped wearing makeup for a while as my acne cleared up so it wasn’t needed to hide the acne and then later with lockdown and working from home I didn’t bother.

I tried my traditional foundation recently and I notice that my skin has changed so much. My skin is more likely to suffer from being dry than too greasy and so it doesn’t sit well on my skin. So any recommendations?

No foundation will sit right if you don’t sort out yiur skin first.

Is it dry as in flaky or dry as in feeling tight if you don’t moisturise?

Mine is the latter, its taken me years to find what suits and its coconut oil and hyaluronic acid before bed and i love loreal revitalist cream.

I also use glycolic toner twice a day. My skin gas never been better.

I use Loreal foundation or No7,
