La Roche Possay routine

Hi.
I'm looking for some help with a la roche possay routine.
I suffer with rosacea and am on a routine of soolantra and a protopic at the moment.
I find the Toleraine cleanser amazing.
In the past I have used the Rosalic range and found it awful. Made my skin worse.

I have a sample here of the lipikar baume. I was speaking to a pharmacist today but it was all too much information. I'm thinking of an spf, moisturizer, azelic acid and a vitamin c. La roche do them all.
Any help at all from anyone would be appreciated. 😀

I used la roche posay for a long time & still use the toleraine cleanser from time to time. I found the rest of the range didn't suit my skin
I've always had difficult skin since I was a teenager & I'm 49 now.

In December I started using Sunday riley CEO glow oil & it has transformed my skin

I had acne & at times dreadful breakouts & since changing I've had 2 spots!! So rare now that they're memorable! I can t explain it because I've always been sceptical of skin care but it worked. I had mild roscea on my cheeks & it's much improved

I hope the LRP works for you because you have my full sympathy. Having problem skin is so depressing.
