A good every day body moisturiser without nasties

Can anyone recommend a good every day moisturiser to get rid of the bumps on the back of my arms and soften my knees after 10 years of kneeling on the floor to look after kids? Ideally something that doesn't contain parabens or PEGs or artificial scents or mineral oil. Not too pricey!

MooGoo body lotion or Childs Farm moisturiser are the ones we use in our house. Both really good and no nasties!

Sorry, can't link to the boots app, but CeraVe have a new moisturiser that helps with the rough, bumpy skin thing. Currently all of the brand are on 3 for 2 at boots (no I don't work there, but there are about 4 items I use of theirs). I use it on my face probably more than my body but know that a lot of people use it on their body to get rid of that bumpiness at the tops of their arms, legs etc, and I think it's 'advertised' more as being for that. It also contains 3 ceramides, HA, SA and urea, and not a lot of 'nasties'

Nothing wrong with parabens - much nicer than mould.

I've just taken some better pics of mine, so you can see it better.
