What will you be wearing for your holiday this summer xx
Its not like when you pack for hotter climes is it! I find it so much easier when going abroad because you can just pack for warm weather,

I haven’t been able to afford to go abroad for years so always pack for a UK holiday. It’s easier because you just pack what you would wear if you were staying at home.

We are going all over the place on a road trip but since it's mainly up north and in Wales in August I'm going with clothes for cool weather!

I have the same thoughts as you, never know exactly what the weather will be or what you will be doing exactly.
I'm quite a casual dresser but I try to go for layers and base my outfits around a short sleeved top, I then have these H&M linen joggers, ankle grazer girlfriend jeans, some shorts and a skirt for the bottom, zipper hoodies and cardigans for over the top-easy on and off, hoodies for casual and colder days, cardigans for warmer days and dinners out in the evening and a denim jacket and a raincoat normally comes too. Also have a couple of cotton/linen dresses just incase, they are a whole outfit so throwing 2 in doesn't take up much room.
Footwear I bring some white canvas trainers, sandals and slip on espadrilles and then everything mixes and matches to put something together for whatever the weather is each day. I normally stick with denim/navy/blues/white/cream/grey with some coral/teal so the mixing/matching is easier.

@toasttriangles I have screen shot this and am going to use you as my guide!!! I usually go away in the winter months in the UK so it is just woolly jumpers and boots etc but I know how mental the weather is in the summer so i have to be ready for all eventualities but it's actually whether it will all fit in the car alongside the kids and the dog 😀
