Coat hangers

Has anyone found any of those coat hangers that are supposed to be space saving that don’t break as soon as you look at them?
I’ve bought them from TKMaxx & various supermarkets but they all see the same, they break at seemingly nothing, just getting them in or out of the wardrobe. I know the wooden ones are stronger but you can’t fit as many in the wardrobe.

Trinny recommends some on her Wardrobe Management Closet Confessions video but I can't for the life of me remember the name.

I use these - get them from Costco but found them on Amazon. Never had one break, onto second box! (Because of too many clothes Grin)

I have hangers from Primark and they are great. I do have a coat stand so don't hang coats on them but don't think I've ever broken one.

These metal hangers might be a good way to go - they're almost as slim as the velvet plastic ones, also non-slip, but way way stronger. They basically don't break.

To be honest, the velvet ones on this site also seem really good quality and pretty durable. But if you've had problems with similar ones in the past, the metal ones are well worth a try. No idea why you don't seem to find ones like these in the shops.
