As a member of EL loyalty program, you are meant to receive a birthday gift. I missed out last year as I didn't enter my date of birth but this year I should be eligible.
How is this received please? Is it an email with a code? Does it appear at checkout?
When do you receive it? Before or after your birthday?
A million questions but I can't find the answer and am holding back on an order until I know.
