Best hand cream for sore hands?

I have really really sore bits on my hands. It's kind of dry but more irritated. It does get better with using moisturiser. It might be a touch of eczema.

I've use Lush's Handy Guru Gu cream in the past which is good. But I wondered if anyone has any recommendations for other creams which are good for sore hands?

I always come back to Body Shop's Hemp Hand Cream. Soaks in fast and works quickly.

I’ve seen good reviews (but haven’t used it) for O’Keefes working hands cream.

I’m buying some for my OH for birthday present but that’s not for a few weeks. I’ll let you know

I use O'Keefes. It disappears straight in and isn't greasy.

I have had contact dermatitis on my hands recently and am using child’s farm baby moisturiser. They’re so much better after less than a week!

@Miseryisabutterfly Ouch, looks a little bit like what I have.

O’Keefe’s is amazing. My DD had such sore elephant-skin hands from so much hand washing at school, and it’s the only thing that has worked.

Epaderm ointment is good.

Aveeno skin relief cica balm, brilliant stuff on extremely dry and sore hands.

Neutrogen Norweigan formula. My skin reacts to a lot unfortunately but Neutrogena keeps me right.

It was so sore @NoviceGardenLady, I blame a new hand soap I bought. We recently got a puppy and there has been lots of hand washing. I hope yours feel better soon.

@FionnulaTheCooler my son has eczema and we use epaderm ointment on him. It is absolutely brilliant stuff. Very greasy though!

I have used some of the products already named, Epaderm and O’Keefes, and neither worked particularly well for me.

My hands have been awful recently which led me to try Nursem, I bought the one in the white pot. My hands are much improved.

L'occitane Almond Delicious Hands. Soaks in well, smells amazing and leaves hands SO soft! Highly recommend.

I came on to say Nursem too. When I tried it I thought it didn’t feel too moisturising but it’s deceiving it works for ages, doesn’t sink in and disappear iykwim?

I like Liz Earle Orangeflower Hand repair. Sinks right into the skin and isn’t greasy.

My hands bleed from washing them frequently at work. I’ve always used body shop hemp. Diprobase is also amazing. I slather cream on and wear white cotton gloves from Boots in bed. It’s very attractive!! I’m tempted by Nursem. Thanks for the reviews.

I use a mild steroid cream for dermatitis from the pharmacy and palmers Shea butter cream is my best, I have tried many!! Good luck
