Cotton/loose trousers for in-between summer days

I’m on the lookout for some comfortable trousers that aren’t jeans, for those warm summer days that might also be breezy or have rain forecast where you don’t want to risk wearing a skirt. I’d love cotton or linen as viscose makes me sweaty in summer, but nothing frumpy as I’m mid 30s and still like to feel trendy.

I have a pair of 100% linen cropped trousers from Zara bought a few years ago in a bright yellow paisley print which I love but I can’t find anything similar this year in the right fabric. Please share your trouser purchases!

I love cotton chinos. Have the cream and navy versions. Wear them loads for work (teacher) along with linen cropped trousers.

Lucy and Yak might have some. Their prints are v bright and their market demographic seems to be on the younger side.
