Thin hair help

So my last pregnancy destroyed my hair and made it very thin. It's been nearly 3 years and I've kind of lost hope of it returning. I've been told by a few hair dressers the regrowth is there but it's taking a while.

Over lockdown I've discovered the side ponytail. It's my go to hair style. My hair is slightly longer than shoulder length.

The problem I have is having to blow dry my hair to make it look decent and the heat. Pre pregnancy I could through my wet hair in a plait or 2 plaits while it was wet and be done for the day. A single plait now has no thickness to it, it just looks like a rat's tail and is stupid. I don't want to have to hair dry in the heat of summer, is there anything else I can do? I suspect the answer is no, but no harm in asking.

Have you tried hair vitiman? Also plantur shampoo and elixir are working good for me. There’s a couple, depending on age etc and reason for hair loss.
Not a miracle, but after 3months my hair stopped shedding and I have regrowing, more length than usual and much stronger shinier hair.
Dry shampoo sprays and talc can be good root lifters to make your hair look fresh blow dried.
Have you had blood tests for thyroid /low iron or anything?

I have tried nothing. Not really someone who has bothered too much before. I owned a hair dryer for emergencies. Lol. I will look into vitamins. Interesting comment about the blood tests. My periods are making me exhausted for about a week a month. Been meaning to speak to DR about it. Maybe I really should thank you.
