Wedding anniversary gift - jewellery help!

Hello, it is my anniversary coming up and I would love some jewellery that I can feel really special in as I typically don't splash out and my husband has decided this year is the year!

I'd be happy with a nice pair of solid gold earrings or a necklace with a max budget of about £500 and ideally, would like a sustainable brand. Suggestions please!!! x
