Button up V neck shirts?

I'm looking for some button up V-neck shirts. Basically like a normal button up shirt with a collar, except it's more v-neck in shape, so would be missing the top 2-3 buttons from the collar down to the bust area.

Kind of like these (but I'd prefer no linen and no rouching (sp?)

Just bumping. Anyone seen these around?
