Sketchers sizing?

Anyone wear Sketchers? Just wondering on what the sizing is like.

I wear a size 5 shoe and a 6 in a trainer

So from experience, what size do you recommend I order

Six. I've had a few pairs. I'm the same. Six fit me perfect.

The memory foam ones are soooo comfy

My size varies between 6, 6½ and 7, depending on the style of shoe.

But with Skechers, I'm always a 6. I guess you might need a bigger size if you intend running in them, but for walking probably not :-)

I have a really high instep. I've just got the high instep ones I love them

I'm 7..wear a 7..and live in Skechers Go Walk lite . They are THE comfiest shoes ever!

Weird, I find Skechers big and always size down. I'm a 9 everywhere else but wear an 8 in Skechers.

I also find sketchers generous.
I wear 6.5 (40) in most shoes now (tend to wear next) but always 6 in sketchers.

Also find sketchers big. I'm a 39 in everything, bought sketchers online and there is a good 15 mm from my toe to the end of the shoe. They're massive and look it.

I always have to go down a size in them too. I'm a 6.5 on one foot and 7 on the other DP usually wear 7 but I'm a 6 in Skechers and I've owned loads of pairs and styles over the years.

I'm a 6 and mine are perfect, so comfortable.
Can they go in the washing machine? I've washed other trainers in a pillow case but these seem really light.

I work at Skechers and the majority of our shoes come up big. Does depend on the style though. What are you planning on getting?

I’m 5.5 in all other shoes except for Skechers which are 4.5 wide . Go walk .And they do stretch a lot but shrink back after a twirl in the washing machine .

I need to go down a full size in Sketchers. Normal trainers I go up a size. Sketchers I take 4.5, ASICS trainers, 6.5 and normally a 5.5.

I am between a 5 and a 6 and find Skechers' 6 too big. I have wide feet if that helps.

Skechers are originally sized with US sizing and for some inexplicable reason they convert them, in the UK, to the wrong size. Vanity sizing for feet, perhaps? But very annoying when you order online and they don't fit.

In US sizing I'm a women's 9, which normally translates to an EU 40 or a UK 6.5 or 7. But for some inexplicable reason, Skechers think a US 9 is a UK 6 (EU 39). So I have to buy a UK 6 in Skechers to fit my size 6.5/7 feet, because they can't convert shoe sizes like every other shoemaker in the world.

My friend is a UK size 5 in shoes. She has to buy size 4 Skechers because size 4 in Skechers are size 5 everywhere else. Madness.

I know that many "stylish" posters think that Skechers are a crime against fashion, but once you have worn them it is so difficult to go back to other makes of footwear.

Like pp I find they come up large. I have the original GoWalks and find that they go through the washing machine fine. I have just ordered these sandals and can't wait until they get here.

I've got 5 pairs of Skechers but these are by far the comfiest (even compared to the new memory foam insole ones) and I'd really love some more!

They don't have to be glittery (I suppose) but the sole is just so good, please put it on other styles

@OliveHenry we have some super sparkly kids ones that are similar if you are below a size 5 or 6? I'll see if i can find them.

I size down a size as find they are wide fitting and generous fit.
