Soolantra for rosacea

After seeing rave reviews on here about Soolantra I've bitten the bullet and got some via the Superdrug online prescription service. I've been using it for about a week now, not noticed any improvement or worsening either way yet (although I know it can take 1-3 months to take effect). However, I have had a lot of small bumps appear down the sides of my face. Almost like a rash or tiny spots, but not red. Is this normal? Not sure whether to stop using it or stick with it. Thanks

Following with interest! I'm about week 3.5 into it... I did notice worsening of symptoms to start with and random new spots but it seems to be that there's a "dermadex die off" which causes symptoms to flare up in the early weeks.

Dunno if it's that? I've found it a bit of a roller coaster tbh, some days skin looks heaps better and some days I've got new spots/patches. I'm hoping it evens out as lots of people seem to have great results.

Thanks. I think i plan to stick at it for a month or so, but not sure after that.....
