I’m looking for a yellow gold ring with some diamonds. I thought I wanted something like an eternity ring, but it didn’t suit me when I tried it on, and now I’m not sure where to start in finding something else. Would love to see your rings for inspiration!

I'm pretty sure mine is 9ct white gold from Goldsmiths.

I lost the diamond out of my original engagement ring, and it was replaced under insurance....... but the ring they replaced it with was really cheap and nasty. I sobbed when it arrived. So DH took pity, and bought me a new one for my 50th last year. I tried lots on in the shop, as I also wanted a more eternity type than solitaire and this was the one we chose..........

Mine looks like this with slightly more frequent diamonds. It's the same width as my engagement and eternity ring so they sit nicely with each other.

We got it from a local, independent jewellers.

Single diamond in platinum setting. Bought in jewellery quarter in Birmingham.

My wedding ring was from H Samuel (remember them) 30 years ago and as it was the last one it had to fit as they wouldn't send it away for resizing. I had a cheap engagement ring which lost a diamond (cough cough) and would be too much to replace so for my 50th my DH bought me an eternity ring from Beaverbrooks. I tried so many on but kept going back to this one. Looks the same as the one @Laufeythejust is wearing.

Mine is the bottom one, white gold studded with six diamonds (one for each Yr together before getting married) from a local independent jewellers.

I think I’m scared of picking something I have to wear forever and making a bad choice!

I didn’t spend that long looking, it just clicked for me. I can’t see that it would matter much if you changed your mind later and had a different one though, unless the symbolism is that important to you. You could always have some kind of New Ring ceremony (for an anniversary) or something in that case!

My wedding ring is a plain gold band, but I had to get it cut to fit round my engagement ring. I really wish I'd gone for a solitaire now...the tow of them together are to bulky for my stubby fingers

Mine is antique so a one-off. I was seriously obsessed with the Polly Wales rings, especially the rainbow sapphire one (like the ring on the left in the rough rings post) a while back but luckily I came to my senses.
