I've always enjoyed buying clothes and dressing nicely. Since I had LO 3 years ago, i have just slowly lost myself. Ive always been a bit of a tomboy but as I got older I enjoy wearing dresses and simple makeup but I cant even do that. Most of the time I'm in joggers or leggings.

I have very little time to myself. What little tips can you share with me, to help me look beautiful

I think if you want to look great you have to make an effort. There’s no getting around it. Keep your hair clean and styled, even if it’s a ponytail, wear mascara and lipstick, wear small but elegant earrings, wear natural fabrics-cotton, linen, silk.

You should start to get since time back soon, even if it's that you put some moisturiser on after a shower start with small steps that make you feel more you.

Practical clothes can look stylish joggers with a band t shirt look good or dresses with trainers. I wear hardly any make up now and have definitely noticed most women are wearing less.

I lost my way after having children and lockdown. I need to work on exercise and clothes, but I am slowly improving my appearance by sorting out my skin, dyeing out the grey, moisturising/exfoliating more, shaping my nails and getting some new make up. It’s a work in progress but I am starting to look better. Just a new mascara has made a huge difference. I think that groomed well-shaped eyebrows automatically make you look better too.

Wear at least one thing each day that is special or makes you smile. It could be makeup, an accessory or an item of clothing. So even on compromise days you have made a little effort.
Today I’m wearing sparkly silver menorcan sandals Smile
