I’m 60 and have shoulder length (maybe a bit longer now) hair. It’s quite fine but plenty of it (just average really - not thin or thick), straightish with a bit of a kink. I see other people my age with longish hair looking good but mine tends to end up just hanging there and curling out a bit at the bottom! I have a fringe now as without one it looked worse. I have it cut every six weeks and am happy to style it every day (try to wash every other day and dampen to restyle in between). Does anyone have any style ideas they could share (photos please!) that may work and not look dated? I was thinking more layers? I don’t think I’m going to achieve glossy straightness! Or so I need to go for the chop again?
