Long dressing gowns

Planning ahead obviously but I'm after a long dressing gowns for the autumn, winter, spring and British summer 🙄 but don't know where to find one. I have a fleece one but despite me being a short arse it only comes to my knees. Plus I find that fleece takes on a weird vomit like smell after a few days and I'm always having to wash it. I'd like one that cone to mid-calf or maybe even my ankles and doesn't cost a fortune. Our kitchen is really cold first thing and I need to be snug during breakfast.

I got a cashmere dressing gown from Saks with the label on for a really good price. You might get a bargain as you are shopping out of season and demand should be less.

I've got a men's dressing gown. It gives much better coverage in length and wrap over. Sleeves need rolling up but I like the cosiness of that too

I've got a man's dressing gown too! It's brushed cotton. I have two I wash one and wear one. They're from an Irish company.

I have a really long Autograph one from M&S, it's very thick and warm and is wearing very well, its that velvety kind of fleece rather than polar fleece.

I’m 5ft 8 and I have one that comes just above my ankles from next. It was a gift last Christmas

Forgot to say I got mine from EBAY.

100% cotton towelling from Dunelm. Nearer to my ankles than my knees and I'm 5'4

Mines from Marks and it's really thick and warm. It's lasted years but they have a version every year.

I got a lovely warm dressing gown from Sainsbury’s a few years ago, but often think that the best ones do cost a bit more. Also, given that in winter a dressing gown gets as much wear as a coat, if not more, it’s worth paying for a decent one. This company might be worth a look - agree with others that men’s dressing gowns are a better option.
