Can anyone help me find this coat?

I've been looking for a lightweight spring coat with a hood, and just seen a woman at the supermarket wearing just the kind of thing I'm after. She was wrangling a small shouty child so I didn't want to stop her to ask where it was from, and I can't find it by Googling.

• it was a lightweight parka style, it was that chiffony type material that has a slight crinkle to it
• it had a hood
• it had a drawstring waist
• it was longer at the back than the front, it had that V back that parkas have
• it was a pale kahki/olive green colour

Any thoughts, hive mind of S&B??

The SimplyBe one is probably closest, but it was definitely a thinner fabric, almost like cagoule fabric, that really thin shower proof stuff. I really wish I'd asked where it was from!

The Sosander Lightweight one on the John Lewis site is that thin shiny fabric

It wasn't as smart as Protected Species, definitely more lightweight. Probably similar to the M&S but in a really nice pale green, and a silkier fabric than the Sosander. I might have to lurk around Asda a few days a week to see if I see her again 😂

I think the Karen Millen one is definitely closest, but the colour isn't quite right, the one I saw was definitely a paler khaki/olive colour.

I may have to accept defeat, but it was just exactly what I'd been looking for - lightweight, tidy but not too smart, showerproof and had a hood and pockets - the holy grail!
