What’s your favourite skincare product?

Mine is Eve Lom’s TLC Cream. I normally prefer natural products but make an exception for this. May I ask what are your favourites?

Vitamin C or LRP cicaplast.

Tretinoine and hydraquinoine. Prescription strength. Obagi and Zo.
Strong glycolic peels.
Spf.

Mineral sunblock.

Liz Earle superskin moisturiser.

How do people get prescription strength stuff - ie tret? Is it through a private doctor?

Ponds cold cream. It makes a huge, huge difference to my skin.

Either a private derm or online with dermatica or skin n me. My botox nurse will also order it for me.

How do you use these please?

Trey & hydroquinone you’d apply half an hour after cleansing at night.
Glycolic peels you’d use weekly but I’d be careful if you are using tretonoin as well.
Spf, proper sunblock not spf in moisturiser you’d use every single day even if you aren’t going anywhere.

Why use spf if you're not going anywhere?

UVA can penetrate window panes & cause aging.

My top favourite is Paulas Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Gel Exfoliant.
I prefer the gel to the liquid exfoliant and I couldn’t be without it!

Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial. Mega spendy but such a lovely smell and is the last, relaxing step of my nighttime routine. I've tried others but nothing compares.
