What can I wear with jeans and boots, that isn't a cardi or hoodie?

So, smart casual. I've got plenty of hoodies to wear with jeans and trainers but am looking for something a bit smarter.

Everything5pounds is fine, although I have never tried returning anything. It seems to be end of lines a bit like tk maxx. I use them for things to wear on holiday mostly.
