I spotted a lady wearing a top today that o think would be good for hiding my c section tummy but I can't seem to find them online. Could someone please tell me what to search for.

Try Boden, they definitely used to have the T-shirts in the shape you are describing. I found that a lot of their tops are quite generous in the tummy area compared to some other brands anyway
