Please no flaming of me or MM- just a hair question!

In a few pics of her with their DS1/new bump she has low up do, her hair looks sleek/shiny ....I suffer from post partum fluffy hair around my forehead hair line ....what products might create a similar sleek effect?

Hopefully someone has seen her low bun and knows what I'm on about, it seems like a fairly toddler proof hairstyle. Product suggest ions and styling advice welcome!

No flaming here, I love Meghans style, hair, and makeup. Not sure on how she achieves her low bun, but this is a method I like to do mine that is most consistently nice looking and long lasting.

  1. Create a low pony tail secured with a hair bobble. She probably is combing her hair and using hair spray or gel while combing to get that really sleek look. I like a little messier, so I pull out a couple of face framing strands.
  2. Split pony tail in two and twist each separately
  3. Twist the two twists together, so now you have a twisted pony tail
  4. Wrap the twist into a bun and secure with a second hair bobble. Then use bobby pins to fix it firmly.

I think it would be difficult as I’m sure Meghan has her hair chemically straightened and uses weaves or extensions. I agree with @SummaLuvin that you would need some product for your hairline. Using a baby toothbrush with hairspray or gel spray can be good to sleek down a fluffy hairline.
