Midi/knee length skirts for petite

Hi all,

I was hoping for some help!
I'm after some skirts for summer (and some not so summery).
I like the midi style but most are made for taller ladies. I find that midi skirts often end up a few inches from being a maxi length and look weird on me.

I've looked on Whistles, Hush, Mint Velvet to name a few but everything (skirts and dresses) are a weird midi length and quite over sized. Being 5ft 2 and a size 6-8 everything drowns me!

I really want some new clothes but struggling to know where to look!
Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you chrcked banana repblic and boden? They both have petite. And club monaco sometimes.

Boden and sometimes M&S. Depending on the cut I often get things taken up at my local alterations place.
