Hair appointment anxiety!

Ok, anxiety is too strong a word really. But I’ve got a hair appointment later, for the first time in about two years.

I’m sort of excited, but I always have this (hopefully irrational) fear that they’re going to turn me away at the door for being too old / fat / uncool / unattractive 😂

That moment when they've washed your hair then it's all hanging around your face and you feel like a frogman? That's me. They literally don't give a shit though. Nobody will think you're anything apart from someone getting their hair done!

Imagine being a nurse and doing smears all day - they stop seeing vulvas at some point and just crack on. I'm sure hairdressers are the same, just the other end!
