Morning ladies....I'm after some ideas please. I have literally about 50 perfumes ranging from high end to cheap body shop and next (which are lovely and my favourite for every day) but I am wanting to weed them maybe 5 or so staple perfumes for different occasions so was wondering what are your favourites and or recommendations please

My favourite at the moment is one from neom organics, the Jasmine, Bergamot & Orange Peel one, its a natural one with essential oils. Going the complete opposite way to natural I also wear Molecule 01 from Escentric Molecules, and i get constantly stopped and asked what I'm wearing

MackemLass79 · 24/05/2021 15:30

@Henio thanks I've actually never tried any neom perfumes. I've had a diffuser from them but never any of the perfumes

You could get a sampler box from Penhaligons and 4160 Tuesdays. They both have gorgeous, midrange fragrances.

I love the really old fashioned perfumes from Guerlain. A proper perfume house! I love Chamade, Mitsouko and Nahema. Jicky is smoky and intense. Miller Harris are wonderful parfumiers too. So many excellent ones to choose from. Coeur de Jardin is a classic. Hermes Kelly Caleche and Jour are also classics.

Thanks ladies I love these suggestions. I've always gone more for the conercially ones but I do love guerlain. Think a wander around town and hopefully an opportunity to rest a few is on the cards

If you search for my old thread "10 Fragrances for Life", loads of ideas on there.

Perfume blogger here. There's no reason to whittle down. I have nearly 80 and I love having the freedom to choose a different perfume every day. Either keep the five you use the most or try a Perfume Society discovery box. They're about £23 and gave all sorts of brilliant samples in.
