Just been sign posted here.Normally I find m and s t shirts or next ones good quality but this year the m and s ones are drab. Next ones ok colours but quite thin.
Where did you get your t shirts this year.thanks in advance.

Not this year but last year I bought some from (whisper it quietly) Cotton Traders. Good quality, nice colours and long-lasting.

ZaraW · 21/05/2021 13:57

COS tshirts are thick cotton and well made.

goose1964 · 21/05/2021 14:01

Fruit of the loom make decent t-shirts they're under a fiver on Amazon

SoMuchToBits · 21/05/2021 14:06

I buy all mine from Kettlewell. They aren't cheap, but are well made and last well. Huge range of colours too. I like their cotton/modal mix styles.

minipie · 21/05/2021 14:17

What sort of shape do you want as many current styles are very loose and boxy?

As general places to look I would recommend

  • Fat Face (I love their Ivy T shirts)
  • Esprit
  • Banana Republic
UniBallEye · 21/05/2021 14:39

Sezane, I got 3 lovely ones there this year
COS
Whistles

whatisforteamum · 21/05/2021 19:08

I’ve recently brought T-shirt’s from Sainsbury’s and Primark. I also have some nice ones from Boden & Seasalt.

Knittingnanny · 21/05/2021 19:19

I have some from white stuff, can’t remember the style name but they have a small turn up on the sleeve. Suit me because I’m short and they are cut quite short in the body

yknaps · 21/05/2021 19:20

Uniqlo. I was amazed at the quality of a £12 t-shirt

Squiz81 · 21/05/2021 19:51

I got a few from Rapanui. Really impressed with the fit and quality and the ethos of the company. They do plain and printed tees.

Uniqlo

StarlightLady · 22/05/2021 06:20

Have you looked at Joe Browns?

Jojoanna · 22/05/2021 06:24

I always buy at gap because they last

MissKittyKitty · 22/05/2021 06:30

I buy mine from Toast. They're more expensive than your average t shirt but they wash well, don't lose their shape and are made from good quality cotton and they last for years. Mine are on their third year now and still look new.

SallyCinnabon · 22/05/2021 07:20

ASOS DESIGN they are thicker cotton which means the white ones are not see through, the fit is great and they wash well too. I size down though as they run a little large (current oversized trend)

Inclinedtochatter · 22/05/2021 07:51

I like Brakeburn for t shirts. I've got some that are 4 years old and still going strong!

lancaster · 22/05/2021 07:56

Another vote for asos design, great quality for the price.

Interesting... I like the look of Gap T-shirt's and have bought a few in the past but without fail they shrink and distort horribly after one wash (at 30 degrees). The ones I wear again and again are from M&S, H&M and TK Maxx.
whatisforteamum · 22/05/2021 08:17

Great suggestions thank you.

I've just got a lovely blue one from m and a per una. The material is thick and soft.
Going to look at ASOS Design from recommendations above today Grin

DuckyMcDuck · 22/05/2021 08:18

Next. £7.50 (or £7 each if you buy 2 or more) and really good, thick quality.

Eve · 22/05/2021 08:40

Not trendy - but I got some from landsend that were recommended on here recently.

Pretty good basic tees in plain collars.
