I love these sandals.
i just this jthey are so expansive though.
does anyone have ancient greek sandals ? do they last forever and are they comfy?
does anyone have or seen or know of any similar less expensive versions ?

The outlet often have them on sale. Have you looked on Etsy for actual Greek sandals? Much cheaper. I don't have any at the moment but often used to buy a pair in Greece and wear to death.

I have a few pairs of this brand and the quality of the leather is nice but I find the soles a bit “slippy”. Also they definitely need to be broken in. Agree that you can probably find them on sale if you wait until mid/end June.

Seconding actual Greek sandals on Etsy. I got some from a seller called Savopoulos. All made by hand and endless styles/colours to choose from.

It is cheaper to buy from Greece. I get mine from the Poet sandalmaker when I'm in Athens. Jackie O was a customer. Though I don't find them that comfortable as there is no padding.

Obviously not visiting Greece at the moment and I bought Ancient Greece sandals from Matches in the sale. They are very comfortable.
