Hair removal

My nearly 13 year old has developed very quickly these last few months, along with underarm hair and her leg hair has become darker. She has asked to have it removed.

Is shaving still the way to go or can anyone recommend new ways or products? Thanks

I mostly shave, I find it fairly quick, easy, and painless. I first tried those hair removal creams when I was 13, not only did they stink and take a while, but they didn't do a good job on my hair at all.
