which dermal filler is best and most long lasting?

I'm a bit confused with them all. Just want to freshen up my face, not go overboard :-)

Someone I know had this done by a really good dr and TBH the cosmetic dr chooses what is best. It's quite scientific! For example, my friend was told that they use Juvaderm but for some areas of the face they used Perlane which is Juvaderm but with a bigger molecule. Dont ask me- it's all in their training.

My doctor uses Juvederm and Belotero. I did have some fillers 3 years ago and he said it would last about 18 months, which it did. I am now toying with the idea of having it done again but this time it will cost quite a bit more due to the volume of filler I need.

You need to be guided by the doctor, not all fillers are suitable for all locations, using the wrong one can leave you at risk of complications.

I have had Restylane and Teosal, but last year early November i had a new one called Aliaxin,and still looks good,
Neither of the others lasted long on me,but i had this for cheek fillers,
It depends on the area i expect which filler is best
