Semi-smart, comfortable trousers for work

Back in to work after months of WFH in a couple of weeks. I have put on a bit of weight, so I’m now size 12, 5’7 & need some smart but comfy trousers.
Have looked in my usual spots, but find Zara & ASOS quality so bad these days. I work with younger colleagues so would like something modern/trendy but not too out there.
Any ideas of where to look?

Toast gabi trousers are great (and elasticated waistband)

I love magic trousers, the plain ones are great for work. I wear the black, grey and navy. You can wear them full length, rolled up or tucked under to crop them. They look great with shirts, camis or smarter t shirts. They are very stretchy and very flattering. I even wear them in white, they look so much better than white jeans. https://manamou.co.uk/products/magic-trousers-black?pos=26&&sid=e426894f0&ss=r&variant=31825144021065

Women’s Smart Comfort Ankle Length Trousers in Long from Uniqlo.

I’m 5’7” and the long length isnt ankle lengths, it’s longer, which is what I need. I’m 10-12 and have a medium and edging towards a large.

They are comfy and wash well.

This is a link but it’s worth searching their website as they dot different colours over the site.

Thank you, I will have a look at all of these. Are the Uniqlo ones nice fabric? They look ideal.

I was going to say Uniqlo as well
I have a couple of pairs and they are as comfy as trackies but look smart.

Define nice Grin. I’m pretty fussy and work in an artistic sort of sector and no horses have been frightened. I’ve got a pair of Whistles wool trousers and I think I prefer the Uniqlo.

Boden Richmond trousers are comfy, flattering to my mum tummy and good for the office. I like the 7/8 length ones in plain dark colours.
