Down here we are swapping our summery clothes for winter ones.
Had a gorgeous summer so winter a shock indeed.

I always love summer dressing and hate winters so struggling
I have trousers and lots cardigans ( merino with some cashmere) and a few merino pairs trousers which have stretchy wastes but can be dressed up or down.
I have a lovely check gathered skirt.
I also have a denim pinafore type dress .
I have lots basics -just struggle to put them together coherently
I need some tops to wear with pants.
I have a few a-line cos dresses in winter weight.
I hate the feel tights - make me sweat to am thinking investing winter merino leggings.
I feel like an unimaginative winter dresser
? Any other ideas.I am big busted and big hips and size 12- 14
What are your secrets for stylish winter dressing.
All advise much appreciated!
I am a GP by profession and want to look approachable but not corporate and want to feel good about myself at work and want people to see the genuine care I have for them.
Thankyou lovely peeps.

We're still a few months away from cold weather where I am in NZ (Auckland). However, I look forward to winter fashion - I love my range of merino tops which are style and so warm but lightweight (and machine washable!). And I love using scarves to brighten a winter outfit. As someone who can avoid getting wet and cold by leaving my internal garage at home and driving an hour to the underground carpark at work, my lovely winter coats are hardly needed but I do enjoy the few months I can wear them.
As a Celtic skinned blonde who burns easily, I am more a fan of colder weather.
