so brought myself one on Saturday, soon learned how to keep it up, so starting with 10 minutes a day for two weeks to see if I can get my waist smaller, the thing is only after one session 24 hours later I am so sore, I did manage to do it today, I wrap a thick towel round my middle to help with the pain, anyone else have this problem, hoping my body gets used to it and the pain subsides.

You do get used it, keep going! I can't remember how long it took me to but I remember feeling very bruised and sore at first.

Can I ask where you bought yours from? I'm keen to get one!

I tried one of these and my god the bruising on my waist and hips! I have to say I gave up on mine. I also think that, although I bought the biggest size, I still needed to go bigger, as I'm fairly tall.
