Dandruff help?!

Anyone got a secret something they use that gets rid of dandruff ? I'm pregnant and breast feeding so I don't know if it's to do with either of those but it gets me down as getting to the point I can't wear my hair down without feeling self conscious
Have tried head and shoulders and the 0% soap stuff neither work. Also only wash my hair every 3 nights so it's not getting overly washed

Thanks in advance

I used vosene and started to wash more frequently ie every other day. I now just alternate vosene with non dandruff shampoo, every other wash.
My dandruff comes back if I try to stretch out the time between washes, so I don’t buy into hair training and leaving it longer in between washes, I think that leaves me with a dirty scalp.

For me I've found the best combo is using T-Gel (give it a good massage and leave in for a few minutes before rinsing) followed by a quick lather and rinse of Head & Shoulders. I also only wash every three days - more often dries my scalp out. I tried some fancier medicated shampoos and they didn't do anything for me. But my understanding is that dandruff is caused by different things, so there isn't a one size fits all solution.

Body Shop ginger shampoo. It’s miraculous.

Are you leaving it on your head for a bit before washing it off?

They don’t market it that way, but it really is marvellous
