Best shoes for flat, narrow feet?

Desperately after some recommendations. I’m taking my younger sister shopping next week for pretty much a whole new wardrobe. Her confidence is rocky after a crappy couple of years and she’s never been that bothered about clothes or her appearance but I think she’s ready for a change. No criticism please, I love her as she is and she’s happy to be doing this, it’s not coming from me! She has very flat, narrow feet which she had to wear special shoes for as a child and struggles with now. I’m after recommendations for an everyday trainer, work shoes and she also needs some heels for an upcoming wedding, she can’t do high heels at all so something with a small heel. No idea where to start as I’m equally clueless! I live in converse but have wide feet so can’t imagine they’d be good for her feet.

I have narrow feet and actually find Converse brilliant because they are so adjustable (more so than lots of trainers).

Following because I have the same kind of feet as your sister! Agree that Converse are good with and insole. ASICS are also great for flat and narrow feet.

Ooo thanks I had no idea converse would be an option. Will any insole help or do they need to be special ones?

New Balance trainers are nice and narrow.

I think Converse are quite narrow (my feet are narrow and they fit me well).

I don't know what her budget is like but Vionic shoes have built-in arch support. And the only pair I've ever had were not too wide for me.

I like Superfeet insoles, personally!
